Best Lip Scrub?

+1 for e.l.f.'s lip exfoliator. I really like the fact that it comes in the form of a tube of lipstick, and there are 3 flavors iirc (mint, brown sugar/clear, and cherry). Since it's shaped like a lipstick, I keep one at home and one in my purse. (Hey, you never know when you might want to exfoliate those lips, right?) Best part? They retail for $3. As the OP mentioned, they're sold at Target, e.l.f.'s site, and Ulta (both in store and online), and I've also found them at my grocery store.

The Sephora Honey Lip Scrub is good, but I think the Chapstick brand lip scrub @ Target is even better. The only downside is it comes in a pot, not a stick. Also, the Laneige Lip Mask kinda peels off the very top layer of your skin, so if you have a few hrs to very gently "scrub" off any unwanted lip color/flaky skin, I'd recommend that as well.

I like the Sephora honey scrub.  They have it in travel size to try out for $6.

I just use a toothbrush with a little coconut oil if I have anything that needs scrubbing.   I scrub for about thirty seconds and let the coconut oil sit for about five or ten minutes before wiping off most of it with a dry cotton pad.   @Humaiza

I really like the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea lip exfoliator and the Sephora Collection honey exfoliator balm! Both of them are in stick form (super convenient) and neither of them are too aggressive... nobody needs to take OFF their lips, just the gunk on top.

Lush's are my favourite. I find the Fresh one isn't gritty enough to really do much; same with the Bite one.

Bite has a great lip scrub and I love the Aloe lip balm very soft and long moisture

e.l.f. Lip Exfoliator works really well. It comes packaged like a lipstick. I break some off and apply to my lips. Its sold at target.
