Are frosted lips in style, and if so is there a product that you would recommend?

I am considering using a frost on my lips for the hoilday season. Is this in style at all, and what product(s) would you recommend? Are there any tips you would recommend to achieve this look? Thanks.

@Scarlett1990 mac's frosted line is pretty.   I justed added 3 to my loves...angel, fabby and I think bombshell.
