8 HR Longwear Lip Liner

I love this lip liner but it was reformulated apparently, and retractable? I can’t get anymore to come out and just bought it. Have I been scammed or is my lip liner defective? 

I hope someone has a solution for me?

@Woomeez  Are you talking about SEPHORA COLLECTION Colorful 8HR Longwear Transferproof Lip Liner ? The old formula pencil was retractable, but the new reformulation’s not. You’ll need a sharpener for the new one.
