Nature's Republic Products: What Should I Try? Avoid?

I ran into a Nature's Republic store and was intrigued as I have never heard of this brand before. I want to know your guys' thoughts, what's worth trying out? What did you hate/should I stay away from? Any standout products? It looked like they have a lot of different products in different price ranges under the same brand. Has anyone tried their sheet masks? I have combo skin so I'm open to pretty much anything.

@xamalia

I agree with @juliehnguyen - Nature Republic Aloe Vera Gel is great. I also like their Aloe Vera Mist, especially in the summertime; it's very refreshing.  They make some great sheet masks too - I like their ginseng hydrogel sheet mask and their shea butter foot mask.

I saw the really weird advertisement poster for that and was intrigued,  but I'm not sure how often I'll be using that. I was hoping someone could give me some insight into their facial cleansers.

Definitely try their Aloe Vera Soothing Gel @xamalia! I just love how it is an all-over gel that can be used in so many ways, especially during the warmer months. I like to pop my tub into the fridge and apply it on my face when it feels irritated.

Re: Nature's Republic Products: What Should I Try? Avoid?

nature republic is actually one of my least favorite brands. I don't think I bought anything from them this summer when I was in Korea.

Their moisturizers aren't bad, but its not something I'd go out of my way for; with Aloe vera gel that they're known for, there are better options at whole foods (or other places that sells natural skincare products); they're also known for their hair care products, but I didn't see anything special about them especially with salon hair care products you can get at places like Ulta.

If you want to try something, their blushes are pretty cute - colors are subtle and cute, eyebrow pencils may be worth trying, cleansing waters (and/or tissues) and lip tints are not too bad as well. (you can rarely go wrong with cleansing waters and tissues at Korean roadshop brands)

oh, if you're into burgundy eyeliners, that's one of the products they are known for and is worth the hype

Thank you for your honest opinion. I'm almost out of cleansing water so that will def be one of my next purchases.

Hi @xamalia,

The Nature Republic Steam Cream has become a holy grail of mines! Its so light weight and moisturizing, and they have a formula for each skin type!

I've also tried their Snail solution mask and it's pretty good for brightening!

Feel free to Pm me if you have any other questions!

Cheers,

Richard
