Acne-prone, dry, sensitive, red skin

Hi! My skin is struggling very much as is my wallet. I’m a teen girl and I would love some low-cost products I can use! I’m specifically looking for a good Korean toner that’s also affordable. Please help any other recommendations for acne, dryness, and sensitivity are welcome. I also believe I may have damaged my natural skin barrier with the amount of products i started applying out of fear of my face getting worse. Thank you so much!

I recommend Etude House’s soonjung line. Its affordable with no irritants very gentle and great for sensitive skin to build back skin barrier. Not sure of your budget, The lab by Blanc Doux’s oligo HA 5000 toner is also great for sensitive skin. I have seen improvement with redness. Another brand option would be make prem safe me line.
