oct/ NOV 2017 play box

last month i paid for the sephora play box and never received it, this month i have paid for it as well and have not received my box or even an email notification for it. has anyone else had this problem?

@Anonymous Post in the customer service group instead of the insiders group so a mod can see and assist you.
