I would call Sephora to try to cancel your reward order if it hasn't already shipped out.

@kc6521 @LorindaLynn I received the 2000 point perk and can confirm it's only valid in store. This was definitely *not* specified when you picked up the reward. You could try calling Sephora and seeing if they can do something for you. You could also see if you have a friend who can pick stuff up for you.  If you can't find anyone else, I'd be willing to mail stuff to you.

I don't remember where I saw it but someone said it was only available in store and was upset rightly so since it doesn't tell you until you receive it
