difference between deluxe samples and samples

so this might be a dumb question but can someone explain the difference between deluxe samples and normal samples if there even is one! thx:)

There's not really a cut and dry answer to this. Typically deluxe samples would be most any sample that comes in something other than a foil packet and usually implies more than one use...but then again, I've seen very generous size foils and super-skimpy "mini" or "deluxe" packaging, so it can really go either way.
