Color IQ is a device Sephora has in store which matches your skin tone to a variety of products Sephora sells. So you can find out what shade you are for different brands. Be careful since the shade recommended isn't always accurate for your color IQ.

Colour IQ is what colour you skin tone is. It is determined by matching your skin tone to the closet shade tone and then looking at your skins undertone (blue, red, neutral).
