Hi I looked at the beauty insiders points and I saw that the VIB members have gifts monthly and I saw comments of some girls that said they don’t get any gifts monthly can someone explain to me please the concept and for the gifts are they samples?

Hey - has there been any VIB codes out recently?  How often are the VIB codes offered? I got the Glamglow set for VIB when the code came out, but that was in January.  I wasn't sure if the codes are emailed monthly or less than monthly.
