Sephora vs Ulta samples/rewards & stores

I was surprised when this happened...so I wanted to share my Sephora vs Ulta experience........

I'm loyal to Sephora and had never stepped foot in Ulta..but after searching and spending and returning..not being able to color match because of covid..I tried Ulta in Sioux Falls, Sd.  I explained to them that i was just looking for Clinique Acne Foundation ##9 and wondered if they carried it...the lady said of course.  An hour later this woman was able to match me perfectly to different products of makeup, hair, skin care, perfumes, and makeup applications...and I dropped close to $500.  The woman came back after helping me told me that when ever I'm ready to check out she had a gift waiting for me.  I felt like royalty...I paid for items and as a reward I received one of every sample they had to offer...free.  Now I thought they really raised the bar and we're really great and amazing experience...however I went to Ulta a week later in Sioux city iowa and they for some reason didn't receive truck were out of most everything I thought I needed..samble bottles were broken...mismatched my cliquique from 9 to 17 and no samples..none...so I think it's the store you chose with this business...however Sephora doesn't provide any samples even tho I'm a rouge at their store..and in the mail I pick how many they tell me and end up getting one if that....that some of the sales gales are amazing like in Sioux city iowa..these ladies set the president....high....but Sioux falls stinks....all the products the same..online I'm still trying..and I do like they have the get now pay later...has anyone experienced problems there klarna?
