SEPHORA CREDIT CARD SCAM !!!!

I applied to the credit card on Sept , because the store Lady insist I was going to save money, I just need to pay it off...it was a lie , they took a month to sent the card to my address, when I try to open the account online the website was giving me an error....then I called customer service and I made the payment the representative told me it was pay off.

Today I received a email saying my account is past due !!! what a surprise !!!...when I called customer service to find out...the representative VIVIANA, she was lost...she couldn't understand why I was been charged,she started saying that I paid in a different time zone and that's why they charge me late fees...then I told her to transfer me to a supervisor because that was ridiculous...(I paid on November 6 the last day I have) ..... she transfer me with a supervisor NATALY, and after telling her my story 20 times, (because she didn't get it)  , all the problems their website gave me to sign in and that I did my payment on Nov 6 , and that the  first representative told me not to worry that she was going to write notes about all the issues I went through the website, she even checked there was not going to be any late fee, that my payment was going to be processed at the moment I did it NATALY...with out  any empathy , education or supervisor quality started putting me on hold saying she couldn't hear me ( very disrespectful ), I think she was sleeping, she sound bored about everything I was saying ...she just made me very mad...(I'm a manager , I work with people and the first , most important thing is to hear at your customer , and try to understand)...she was just repeating like a machine ...you didn't pay on time you need to pay for your late fees or there are going to accrued more...WHAT A SCAM WITH SEPHORA, the late fee are more than the money I saved on the purchase!!....please DONT OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH THIS COMPANY !! THEY ARE BETTER CREDIT CARDS , with great  customers service  ...I  have AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card , for more than 15 years and believe me they are great!!!!!...

I'm reporting SEPHORA CREDIT CARD  to the CREDIT CARD BUREU.... they need to stop doing this to people....now that this happen to me I found more people going through the same and I hope the do the same !!!
