Rouge changes

Anyone else notice how disappointing the updates are to the vib benefits?  The loss of makeovers for rouge. We spend over $1000 a year...if we don't want to buy $50 on that day we are charged?  The loss of 2day free shipping that is now an option 1 of 3 and they try to sell it to you as an option when it use to be a standard. With Spacenk entering into the USA and offering their own rewards program I hope that Sephora reevaluates the changes they made... I never use my points. I have still yet to see the $100gc option that is advertised in the bazaar for rouge tier. Sephora, I hope you reconsider removing the perks for vibs.

I’m disappointed by almost everything so far in 2019. The gifts with purchase are boring. How many lipsticks do you need? The special gifts with purchase for Rouge used to be really nice. The rewards are terrible lately and never available. I’m very frustrated about the shipping changes. Honestly, I’ve always been Sephora first, but Ulta has had great offerings this year already and a 20% off coupon. Feels like the rewards overall have taken a step backwards for Sephora.

I got the gift reward but it doesn’t work. I’ve been going around and around with the Sephora team (emails and phone) to get this fixed. What’s the point of having it if it doesn’t work?

@Roaring60z I have seen it on Tuesdays and Thursdays around 9am PST. You have to be quick because they sell out. Plus it’s not really a normal gift card. You have to read the terms and conditions on Sephora’s page about it.

@Roaring60z I got 1 a couple of months ago. They drop at 9:00 am PST on Tuesday and Thursday. I am CST so a couple minutes before 11am I logged in and was able to get it.

Rouge still gets free makeovers for the rest of 2019, it's in the terms. Rewards appear at 9 am Pacific time Thursday and Tuesday,  people have exchanged points for the gift card.
