Anyone else notice how disappointing the updates are to the vib benefits? The loss of makeovers for rouge. We spend over $1000 a year...if we don't want to buy $50 on that day we are charged? The loss of 2day free shipping that is now an option 1 of 3 and they try to sell it to you as an option when it use to be a standard. With Spacenk entering into the USA and offering their own rewards program I hope that Sephora reevaluates the changes they made... I never use my points. I have still yet to see the $100gc option that is advertised in the bazaar for rouge tier. Sephora, I hope you reconsider removing the perks for vibs.
Wow! Really upset that Sephora did away with flash shipping for Rouge. I placed an order Feb 21st and the shipping estimate is March 2nd. That is a ridiculously long time for an order that was almost $300 with a ROUGE membership. If Sephora is going to eliminate and greatly reduce benefits for high paying customers I will just take my business elsewhere. I ordered direct from Urban Decay the same day, Feb 21st, and the order will be here tomorrow. I imagine Sephora is going to lose a lot of great customers this year.
So terribly disappointed that Rouge doesn’t have free make overs . I just found out today during my make over appointment. What is the point of shopping there anymore. They will lose many clients . This is such a wrong marketing move!

Which added restrictions are you disappointed in? I’m just curious as I have noticed any restrictions myself?

small changes like flash shipping use to be rouge standard now it is an ‘option’. The free makeovers will be phasing our this year... Rouge spends $1000+++ a year we are definitely paying for items but sometimes I just like to get my makeup done for date night soon we will have to calculate the empties and coordinate as appropriate. Small changes such as that.
@bananers143 See, as someone who doesn’t care about flash shipping I love that there are options to allow us to tailor the program to our individual preferences. Especially handy if you live somewhere that flash shipping isn’t available!
Where did you hear that makeovers were being phased out? What do you mean about calculating empties? I’ve only used the free makeovers once, so truth be told, I’m not super worried about those, but I know they’re enjoyed by many.
@bananers143 The Rouge reward does appear around 9am Pacific and every Tuesday/Thursday 🙂
Hey @liz6628 , sounds like your close to getting to 2500 points, you could cash that in for 100$ off a purchase! I've used this reward a few times and love that rouge's can now get a 100$ to pick out our own reward!
@liz6628I set an alarm on my phone about 5 minutes before they were set to go up. I also noticed that sometimes they'll sell out on the Canadian or American site but the not the other, they're good for 100$ no matter which country you cash out in, so it's worth clicking over to the other country at times. I've noticed that as some rouges use up their points on 100$ gift cards they're staying up on the bazaar a bit longer so I expect this will keep up as more points are cashed in. Good Luck @liz6628 !
As stated below, @Sprockett - we didn't actually lose Flash shipping. It's still available. You just have to choose it as your tier gift from the Rewards Bazaar.

When you requalify for Rouge, you can choose between 750 points, free 2 day shipping, and 4 free makeovers to give to non-Rouge.
You had a chance starting in mid-Jan to choose your Rouge Gift for the year (750 points, Flash, or 4 makeovers for friends). If you didn't choose Flash, your subscription from last year ended on 2/17. If/when you requalify this year, you'll have the option to select again.
Hi. I just went to the San Francisco Flagship store yesterday. Clearly, I was not "lost" in the new website design when I could not find the Custom Makeover. I go twice a year just to see what is out there and what works on me. I love seeing the people who have helped me over the years, the makeovers and the education classes. When I could not find it, I was cued in on how useless being Rouge has become. What a joke! I have over 3400 points and I have NEVER seen a $100 gift card. I actually work on Tuesdays and Thursdays and cannot glue myself to the 9:00 a.m. release which means that I will never get a good 750 point full size anything. I am so very disappointed and I can see by other posts that the "change" is beginning to sink in as it is not to Rouge members benefit at all. The amount of money I spend and have spent over the years....
