Reward drop

I have been trying to get the rare beauty Jan 2024 reward bazaar drop. First of all they don’t drop rewards every Tuesday and thrus. And when they did drop the reward today I added the 750point reward at 12:01pm and checked out but it didn’t go through and showed me “sold out” in seconds. Their timing isn’t even consistent. Everything is basically just solded out and customer care has no idea about restocking or availability either.
