Reservations Not Showing in My Reservations

I have booked a few appointments with Sephora. They are not showing up in my reservations. How do I know if they are confirmed?

I am sorry to hear this. I recommend ensuring that all of the updates are made on your app. If this does not resolve the issue, I suggest deleting and re-downloading the app. To confirm your appointments, I recommend contacting the store directly. Thank you!

@MsSarah77 I would call the store you booked them at. Or post this in the customer service thread. In the past anytime I booked a service I would get a confirmation email.
