Reseller product

Hello I am wondering about purchasing pallets for resellers. I’ve reached out to the main Sephora page and was directed here. I am a reseller, looking to purchase pallets of items from Sephora, things that the box may be broken or a scratch is on the label. That type of thing to resell on an auction site. How do I go about doing that?
