What is Chic Week?
Chic Week is a Beauty Insider only promotion offering clients 15% off all purchases from April 15th – 21st. To kickoff Chic Week, Very Important Beauty Insiders (V.I.B.s) can attend the Opening Night event at their local store on April 14th.

What will be offered at the Opening Night event?
V.I.B.’s will receive the below benefits at the April 14th event from 6-9pm:
• The first to shop: an extra day to save 15% before everyone else
• A SEPHORA collector's tote to take their purchases home in
• Makeup lessons at The Beauty Studio
• Face Time with our Experts and Brands

What does the tote look like?
The tote is a Sephora exclusive shopping bag, with limited-edition “I ♥ Sephora” lining. The tote is only available for V.I.B. clients at the April 14th event and can only be redeemed once per client.

Is the discount available at Sephora inside jcpenney stores?
The 15% off discount can be redeemed but the event will not be available at Sephora inside jcpenney stores.

Is the discount available with Canadian orders?
The 15% off discount is available in US and Canada stores but it not available with Canadian checkout online.
*For the Canadian clients who cannot make the Thursday night V.I.B. event we have created a promo code for Canadian clients to redeem the tote online.

Can I redeem the 15% off offer more than once?
The offer can be redeemed multiple times until April 21st.

What if I’m not a Beauty Insider?

You'al I ordered two orders over $50 yesterday and got them this morning. That's just crazy! I think they must have hired some temp extras to keep up with the sale.  UNfortunately each box had a sample ad with all these things of perfume! I had to run both  of them out back to the "smoking  room." And run back out of there and wash my hands.  Then the boxes still smelled like it so I had to close them and move them to the other side of the room!  All I want to do is lie here with my laptop, my ice pack, and my migraine medicine... and no more smells!

Still pretty impressed my Sephora's speedy delivery.

I didn't mean to give the impression that I want the perfume flyers to stop for everyone -- though I can totally see how you thought that!!!  I just had a migraine that day is all. And any smell bothers me.  I can be one of my fav smells and it doesn't matter. Like coffee.  My morning coffee, which I love the smell of, can't handle it.  So please don't stop it.  Once the headache was gone I was smelling those perfumes too. Most I can't wear b/c of the headaches but how am I gonna find out?

I would hope that Sephora gives people an option to not have the fragrance brochure included with orders rather than discontinue them for everyone....there was a Lolita Lempicka (Si Lolita) sample in the brochure that I love and will definitely be purchasing.  I had not experienced it before getting this brochure.  By the way I always get my orders from Sephora really fast, I think I am in close proximity to a dist center.

@ anaa- The catalog inserts are constantly changing but I'll be sure to pass along your request to keep the fragrance brochures! The Lolita Lempicka Si Lolita fragrance is absolutely delicious for Spring and wears well even in the winter. That's one of my favorite scents right now.

I am a Beauty insider but I never receive any emails from Sephora eventhough i choose the option to get news from you. I just did it again. Each time they say it will take some time to take effect but it never does.

I'm not quite sure why I can't get the coupon. I do have my VIB card and thought I had enough poinsts but I didn't get the email and when I click on the link to print it here I get the message "Sorry, you do not have sufficient privileges for that action." I was planning a trip to my local sephora tomorrow and was hoping to get the discount.
