Missing Points From In-Store Purchase

Hi, I bought items in-store but didn’t receive any Beauty Insider points. I no longer have the receipts. Can you please check my account for any purchases I have made and help add the missing points because I’m really confused why anytime I go into the app I don’t have any points, but I’ve bought items in the store?

Hi @clyndi ! Have you asked Sephora Customer Service about this yet? They might be able to help with your missing points.

 

For future points: in-store at the checkout counter, make sure the phone number (or email address) you give the Sephora employee matches the info in your Sephora Beauty Insider account. If you’ve been doing that and still haven’t gotten points for purchases, let Customer Service know.
