Lost/ package reshipment denied

I’m honestly really frustrated with this situation and need someone to respond properly.

I placed a SAME-DAY Sephora order and was not home at the time of delivery. When I got back, there was no package at my door, in my building, or anywhere nearby. I’ve already checked with neighbors and thoroughly looked around.

Despite this, I’m being told it was “delivered” based only on a photo, and I’m now stuck with no product and no resolution for a fairly large purchase that was meant to be an urgent gift.

I’ve already contacted customer support and still don’t have a proper solution just delays and refusal. This is not acceptable for a same-day delivery service. It was more than 500$

I need this escalated and reviewed properly, and I’m requesting a clear response and resolution as soon as possible.
