Is Sephora online buy safe?

@TharaR  I usually do all my buying online.  So far I’ve not had any issues.  But, as others have said, customer service is very helpful.

@TharaR  It’s very safe.  And if you happen to receive a product that has leaked, an easy call or email to customer service with a photo of the damage will usually help you to replace the item.  Sephora is customer focused and won’t leave you with a damaged item.  You get what you pay for.

@TharaR  Totally safe! The closest store is 2.5 hours away from where I live so all my purchases are online. I’ve never had any issues.

@ather I’ve had a few issues over the years and they’ve always been resolved quickly and easily.   It’s pretty stress free.
