Insiders, is the website or app better?

@missaa8  In the context of Beauty Insider program tasks (checking your BI status, reviewing order history, ordering from the Rewards Bazaar, trying to get a $100 Rouge Reward, shopping for any product, etc.): I vastly prefer Sephora’s website. Even on my phone, I’ll open the website in mobile Chrome or Safari instead of launching Sephora’s app. The site’s more stable—less glitchy—than the app. And I hate the way most apps (including Sephora’s) force me into a linear navigation path; I prefer to open links in multiple tabs, which I can’t do in the app. 

I don’t use Sephora’s app unless I absolutely have to for a specific promo, such as app-exclusive discounts. And even then, I’ll check to see if I can get that discount elsewhere so I don’t have to deal with the app.

@missaa8 @Yes. The community section isn’t the same to navigate at all. I am not the only one who doesn’t like the app.
