Hi @JennaLedoux, The store credit (white cards) cannot be used for online purchases.

It’s not a actual card they credited me for something online

Hi @JennaLedoux,

 

I am very sorry for the confusion. The online store  credit would automatically apply to your next online order. You would see the store credit applied in the Order Summary when you are checking out. I hope this clarifies.
