i am constantly getting logged out of Sephora and BT since the new update. Anyone else? Might this be fixed or was it intentional?
Windows PC and iPad
The UI isn't as bad as the decline of the website's overall functionality. The brands list, once a JSP file extension has dwindled to a few references. Are they still working on compiling the brands list? If so, why didn't they roll out iterations of changes in their test environment versus the live version of the website and then deploy everything at once to production? It makes no sense. I have worked in the IT field for some time and these changes seem so unnecessary and insufficiently tested.
They messed it up big time. Not only UI (how it looks) but also how it works. Cookies (things that carry your data to their side) need to be cleaned every time I click on some other page otherwise it does not load and reads 400 bad request. So annoying!
If you are desperate for it to work quick work around:
For Chrome:
1. On right top corner there are 3 dots on top of each other click there
2. Click on settings
3. Go way down and click on show advanced settings
4. Click on show browser data
5. Only put a check on cookies and other site data and hit clear browsing data
6. Now go and refresh the page that gave you 400 bad request
I just put an order by doing this at least 3 times until I can checkout so thanks Sephora!
I thought I was the only one! It feels like I have to log in every 5 minutes!
I am still constantly trying to go for it, forgetting it's not there anymore... And then getting bleeped off when I remember, oh yeah! They removed it! So bleeping frustrating!
Fire those IT people, it's been four days now. What is going on. Sephora is losing a ton of money. I guess they want us to purchase elsewhere. A lot of same products are on Amazon!
Argh, I know, right? I can't get to the sign in page, so I just have to keep hitting the back button and hoping that it will log me in. I really don't understand how they can afford this - I haven't been able to shop at all this weekend (which is great for my wallet, but not so much for sephora!).
Even a mediocre request would be a big improvement.
ironic: this delivery truck icon (currently filling the entirety of my sephora home page) that will not be arriving at my doorstep anytime soon because the website is dead.
I feel so much better seeing this! I've been getting logged out constantly and the bar at the top with my info is missing entirely. Super weird.
I can not log on with any apple products. It's so weird. Reg PC I am fine. Mac doesn't work. Ipad doesn't work. 😩 Please fix!!
I am an android paranoid as it is when it comes to online anything. This mess is freaking me out. I deleted what info I had on file, and am not buying anything online until they sort this mess out. Maybe it has nothing to do with the security of our transactions, but, yeah... Just call me Marvin.

Is it too much to hope they will hear/see our frustration and once all is corrected offer us a gift card or credit for our troubles
let's all prayyyyy this would be really nice if they did acknowledge all the issues we've had to face to spend money with them!
