Caudalie Beauty Elixer Refill

I have the mini Caudalie Beauty Elixer and need a refill. I find the original bottle to big and want to refill the mini to keep in my bag. However I can’t get the top open. Is it non-refillable?

@Ciigua @It is not refillable. They do have it in a travel size version.
