Can we return rewards?

If reward breaks us out or we really dont like it or just doesnt work on our skin type can we return the reward? Will we get our points back? I redeemed rewards over the years and never asked I’ve 90% of the time had great experiences with rewards The other times i redeemed for a mascara bad gal lash and was completely dried out couldn’t even use it and my 100 points went sown the drain Another time i redeemed points for becca velvet primer and that just left grainyness all over my skin so never used that again The last product i used from either farmacy or tatcha broke my skin out So for future would love to know if we can return rewards and also get oirbpoints back

@ScarboroughK according to the terms and conditions on the reward, no. I’ve had people tell me they’ve had someone in store make the return for them but I wouldn’t count on it.
