CAN I ASK FOR A SAMPLE??!

I'm having mixed feelings about this foundation video I watched and was wondering if I ask a lady at Sephora for a sample that will be good for 1 use to see if I like the product.. would she let me cause I've never asked or seen somebody ask..

Just ask. The Sephora near me is always willing to give me samples. I think they would rather have you try something then return a product you didn't like.

@Vicky2002 I know the girls at the Sephora I shop at are so nice. I was having a hard time deciding on eye treatment creams and they are generally higher price points but Courtney made up two samples for me and explained the difference in each one ...it was really helpful!

The Sephora consultants where I live are extremely stingy with the samples! They act as if the samples are coming out of their own personal supply. I didn't even know you could get fragrance samples! 🤔

@TaylorJonea you can get fragrance samples too!!!! You don't know how the dry down wil be with certain perfumes

You can get 3 samples in each section (color, fragrance, skincare) per visit. The consultants are happy to make you samples! Have fun!

A couple months ago I asked for a perfume sample in a Sephora store in ERIE PA and first she said she was out of that one then after I asked about another she replied, Due to the Pandemic we're not giving out samples..Well after spending a boat load of money buying all the full size bottles of perfumes I was curious about I left the store then thought about an other purchase so when I went back she was making another customer perfume samples. P

I usually don't get offended easily, however obviously that has stuck with me a long time  .It degrades you and makes you feel like a pos..

Whenever i go to my local sephora they make it weird asking for samples so i always end up with 1-2 tiny useless samples nobody wants in my bags (and sometimes no samples at all).

Next time ill probably *lady* up and request samples of 3 different perfumes (i love trying new scents).

Im curious what those *colour* samples you mentionned are??

Like eyeshadow samples??

One of the reasons I love Sephora is they give samples, so you can test out the product before you purchase it. I'm sure they'll be able to give you a sample if it's a liquid foundation.
