Birthday gift

Quick question, can you get a birthday gift if you have no points? I bought a product once from Sephora but didn’t get the points for it. Also do you have to make a purchase with the gift or not?

@MonicaMiller2 In store you can just pick up your gift. It doesn’t matter about your points. Online you have to spend at least $25.
