Hi! October is my birthday month so I want to redeem my birthday gift but I have a few questions Do I must to have beauty inside card? and i have to buy something to receive my birthday gift? I have to buy something to receive my birthday gift? And what would I tell to the cashier?

That's correct! No purchase will be necessary to redeem your birthday gift in-store, and a Cast Member can look up your account using your Beauty Insider card number or registered email address.

To redeem online, a merchandise purchase is required and the gift will be available at checkout. I hope this helps! Happy birthday 🙂

Hello MelPereyra, I do believe that you need your Beauty Insider Card that can also be accessed through the Sephora app (barcode). You don't have to buy something to redeem your birthday gift. Just simply tell the cashier it's your birthday month and choose one of the items he/she suggests . Hope that helps👍good luck.
