Birthday gift was 250 points

Hi,

I got 250 points as the rep in the store said they had no birthday gifts. This was my first time and I wanted to know if that is usually the norm ?

If not can I do anything about it?

At my store we only had the Amika hair set or the 250 points. We offer the client whatever is available. Usually by December the bday gifts run out.

Yea it’s the same thing every year, if your bday is in December you basically can’t choose anything cause it’s nothing left, kinda annoying same thing every year.. the new gifts this year are nothing good to even choose from so good, no disappointment in December for me 😅
