Beauty insider account gone???

I checked both the app and website and its telling me to join beauty insider and all my points are gone? I still get things in the mail but why is it saying I need to join insider?? Oh and apparently I was born Feb 1 1800...

Hey we have the same birthday! The same thing happened to my account too but reading past posts from last year it looks like they are updating their system. It would be nice to let customers know so we wouldn't panic!
