Beauty blender feels wrong

I bought a mystery beauty blender a few weeks ago and got the yellow colour joy and at first I thought I was overreacting but I think its rougher than it should be. The texture of this beauty blender just feels off. I don’t know if it’s a problem with that colour specifically or a problem with these mystery ones in general but it doesn’t feel nice on my skin like the last one I had in original pink. If anyone has any information on this please help. @Georga I agree. I got a yellow one and it doesn't feel soft, it almost feels like rubber? It's also incredibly difficult to wash.
