I bought a skincare product as part of the recent Beauty Insider Challenge but I did not receive points for it. How do I receive points for it?

@cryis58  Have you contacted Sephora Customer Service yet? They should be able to help you. Also, make sure your skincare purchase met the minimum spend amount for that challenge task. Sometimes a “buy a [whatever] product” task requires a minimum $25 or $50 spend on that product category. That requirement should be stated in the challenge task’s terms.
