Are mini sets worth it ?

I'm in love with mini sets you get the chance to try different products instead of just one big one ! Do you think is better to shop for different minis or just one big product ?

I love shopping for mini sets! I get excited when a new Sephora Favorites Set comes out especially the lip and skincare sets! I like trying newer lip colors that I might not be too adventurous to commit to in the smaller sizes. Skincare sets I love because my skin can get very sensitive so the minis provide enough product for me to try new items long enough to see whether it would work on my skin to purchase the full size.

When I did it I bought the mini p bronzer summer set collection tons of different travel size bronzers and it was totally worth it.. I use all of them

I love minis for testing out skincare and cost-wise, Sephora Favorites sets are sometimes great deals for a lot of minis.  They are also handy for travel.

I try to get highlighters, mascaras, and lipsticks only in mini sizes if available. I never finish using one of these up so with minis, I save money and don't waste as much.

I think the best sets are the value sets where you get 1 full size and a few minis to try. 

I do buy minis, especially of lipsticks as I prefer having lots of different choices, and it’s a good way to try skin care and such. Ultimately the full size is usually a better value though

I like to do both. When the products in the mini sets are new and just came out, I buy them. It lets me try each one and compare them. This is where I choose my favorites. Once I run out of my favorites from the minis, I buy one big version of each of my favorites.
