VIB is the next tier after insider. you have to spend $350 in a calendar year to achieve it and you keep it for the next year.

@holly042812 There are usually only free shipping promos when you reach VIB status. And % off usually come with your VIB status or seasonally. Sephora doesn't usually have random discounts like other sites. They usually stick with GWPs. But some times places like Ebates offer cash back on purchases made through them.
