As an update: I called CS yesterday and they returned the 100 BI Points back to my account. Both items (the blender and cleanser) in the promo have also been shipped with my order. For those who lost points, call CS; They’re always great in these matters. 🙂

It looks like the glitch may have been fixed. I just placed an order with *both* the beautyblender micro.mini AND the beautycleanser solid. I took screenshots before and after my order was placed and so far no points have been deducted. Hopefully it stays that way and that it works for the rest of you. 🙂

For clarification, the promo code is: BBDUO. The word duo suggests that both items are a part of this promotion. It shouldn’t be tier specific. 🙂

@Lazybeautybeast  yeah it's rare we see this... I mean there's the pick 2 and 3 at times but rarely do we see get a mini with purchase and add a promo code on top.
