Hi @BeautyCi ! Before anything else, I just want to say that I think the $100 rouge rewards are great, and super fun. Yes a little scarce, but still fun. Somethings to note about the reward, and these things are indeed listed in the terms and conditions: One, this is a $100 reward and NOT a gift card. It is essentially a voucher for one purchase that is final sale. Meaning that any item you purchase cannot be returned or exchanged and the whole $100 must be used all at once. So If you only want  $80 of merchandise, you don't get to keep the remaining $20. Two, it is probably best to use the reward in store so you can inspect the actual product you are purchasing for broken powder, scratches, melted lipstick, etc. Also, so you can double and TRIPLE check your shade because you will not be able to return or exchange for another one. Three, once you order your reward from the bazar you only have three (3) months in which to use it, so mark that date on your calendar or know ahead of time what you want to buy so you don't forget about it.(That's what I do, wait until I have the list of items I want and then get mine the next time the rewards are available) And four, they cannot be combined with any other promo or offer. So if you do choose to use your reward online you can't use another code to get a sample lipstick or something. This is most important during the Rouge sales. You CANNOT get 20% off your purchase and use your $100 reward in the same order. You can use your reward, and then in a separate order use the 20% but not combined. All of this is listed in the terms and conditions on the website and in the email you get confirming your "purchase" of the reward. There are lots of other posts on here explaining the same thing but some people still feel cheated when they don't read the T&C and try to get extra discounted items during the sale or return an item. I hope this made things a little clearer! And I hope you are able to snag one of these rewards for yourself! 🙂

A Rouge Reward is a $100 Reward that is available to Rouge clients in exchange for the redemption of 2,500 Beauty Insider points, while supplies last. The Rouge Rewards are released in our Rewards Bazaar on Tuesdays and Thursdays around 9 a.m. PST. 

Once you have successfully redeemed the reward, you will receive an email within 24 hours with details about how to use it online or in store. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to send me a private message with details. Thank you!
