Need Help & Recommendations Skin is Unbelievably Dry

I’m in need of some recommendations, my skin is unbelievably dry, when I dry myself off when I finish bathing I have flakes of dry skin simply scrubbing off. My face & neck are the worst areas. My scalp is beginning to become dry as well. Which products could generally help my skin & scalp (or catorgarize this as a hair issue) , Any suggestions will help. I’m also male I shouldn’t matter.

Have you been to see a dermatologist? That might be a good idea, if not. My stepdaughter has issues with dry skin and she actually has eczema.
