Hello, I want to get some makeup for my sisters birthday I’m not sure what she’s into but I know she likes eyeshadow. Is there anything you would suggest

Well it depends how old she is and that is easier to figure out that way if she’s a teen fighting acne skincare set if she’s a grown adult maybe a dark lip or neutral eye look

Possibly a weird question before I go any further- what is your sister's skintone and general color preference? Like does she tend toward bright colors or more muted/ standard colors or a mix?
