Blush for fair/light recommendation

Hello,

I'm looking for a blush palette or your favorite single blush for fair/light skin tones. I would like to give this as a gift for my sister. Currently she uses Bobbi Brown bronzer in the lighter shade and Bare Minerals blush in aphrodisiac aka NARS famous blush dupe. I thought a palette would be nice as that would provide a variety of shades to pick from. I’m also opened to drugstore favorites as well. I thought the product below might be nice but not sure if the shades would be too dark.

Dandelion is my fave hands-down. I have very fair skin (as in I always need the absolute lightest foundation shade) and it's perfect for me. It comes in a travel and full size, both complete with a brush!

RE: Blush for fair/light recommendation

I came here to suggest Dandelion as well. It's my everyday blush, and has been for years now. Brightens up my blue eyes too!

Re: Blush for fair/light recommendation

One of my favorites (not available at Sephora, though) is Laura Gellar's Blush-n-Brighten in Tropic Hues.  It has swirls of coral and pink and a very subtle shimmer.  Highly recommended!

Re: Blush for fair/light recommendation

Sounds nice thank you!

Re: Blush for fair/light recommendation

I'm fair to light and I really enjoy the Hourglass blushes in Dim Infusion and Mood Exposure. You can even get a mini size of Mood Exposure: https://www.sephora.com/product/ambient-lighting-blush-collection-P384963?skuId=1959063&icid2=produc... . The packaging doesn't feel as luxe as it looks, but it's a very pretty product. Hourglass does tend to not give you a decent discount when you get a mini size or a palette, but the blushes themselves are very pretty and at least with a mini you stand a chance of finishing it someday. 😉

Re: Blush for fair/light recommendation

Thank you for the suggestion, I’m not a fan of glittery blushes and I don’t think my sister is either.

Re: Blush for fair/light recommendation

@BeautyWonder The Hourglass Ambient Light blushes are GORGEOUS and not glittery or shimmery at all. They give a stain/luminous finish, incredibly flattering, and one of those blushes that are more impressive on your face than swatched on your hand. @suggrr is right that ihourglass blushes are a bit spendy, but they do last for a while and the minis are great. Mood Exposure and Diffused Heat are my absolute favorites, though I think Luminous Flush is popular for more fair complexions.

The Ambient Strobe Blushes are the ones with the "glitter" though it's more a shimmer/sparkle. I'm not a fan of this line as they're a bit too intense.

Re: Blush for fair/light recommendation

@MissPuff good to know that there are non glittery shades in their range. In the compact they look like they would be, lots of colors to pick from so I appreciate your fair skin recommendation!

Re: Blush for fair/light recommendation

I agree with @MissPuff. Hourglass blushes are incredible! The ambient lighting blushes are not glittery at all. My favourite colour for my fair skin is Ethereal Glow. It’s the most perfect cool-toned light pink. @BeautyWonder

@Beadshopgirl thank you for your recommendation now to see if my wallet can handle the price
