Birthday Gift Tiers

Has there ever been any discussion about the birthday gifts being tiered? As in, for instance, different gifts for the three levels or a gift and a percentage discount on a purchase made that month? For instance, for Beauty Insider, a gift & 10% off a purchase. For VIB a gift and a 15% discount. And for Rouge, a gift and a 20% discount? 

Also, I would love to see a mens selection of gifts (cologne, mens hair & skincare, beard care, etc). My boyfriend is a frequent Sephora shopper and I know many other guys that are, but the birthday gifts are geared almost exclusively toward women-identifying individuals (sorry if that is not the appropriate way to put it, I am not sure how best to say it but I think you catch my meaning).

@driplord They did have a Rouge-only gift selection for a year or two but got rid of that this year, unfortunately.

@driplord Hi there! Full disclosure, I am in no way affiliated with Sephora but I think this is a really cool idea to have different tiered gifts based on Insider/VIB/Rouge status. I really think this is highly valuable input, I know many of my guy pals who shop at Sephora but not all of them would necessarily enjoy a gift of makeup or eye cream. Having a gift targeted towards male shoppers would be a really awesome step forward 🙂 

I know some people have complained in the past about the lack of differentiation of certain perk statuses and adding on something different for all the tiers would be very interesting.
