Stuck perfume

I just bought the Kat Von D perfume in Saint yesterday. I opened the box today and the top of the perfume wont get off. Like its stuck with the metal part and I cant use it. Did this happen to anyone else? I just figured I should go back in the store with my receipt and tell them?

I only have the travel spray, but it took me a minute to...

I only have the travel spray, but it took me a minute to realize the cap pulls off instead of twists off. and I did have to use a little extra oomph to get it off the first couple of times.
