I think Phlur has really nice soft fragrances that would work well and not cause migraines. Nothing too floral, generally pretty soft and musky/warm at the base.

Depends on your triggers. I have horrid migraines and can use Vanilla Woods, but the Kayali vanilla 28 send me over the edge due to the smokiness. I also love the Clean fragrance in Warm Cotton, and can get away with it maybe once a week. I mostly wear body splashes in a gourmand scent. (Think bath and body works). Good luck!

@momifar  Depends on which fragrance notes—what types of scents—trigger your migraines. I’m also a migraine sufferer but can wear and tolerate many fragrances, as long as they’re not oversprayed. It’s usually the overwhelmingly and sharp white floral scents that trigger my migraines (or sneezing fits, or regular headaches), but we don’t all have the same triggers. 

I don’t wear fragrance on my neck because that skin is sensitive to fragrance components and essential oils. Instead, I usually wear it in one or both elbow pits. I find this also helps keep my fragrance from overwhelming me and possibly sparking a headache or migraine.

I tried a lot of perfumes and the only one I actually tolerate is KAYALI Eden Juicy Apple Set. It’s very light and fruity.
