Anything Marc Jacobs! the Marc Jacobs Fragrances Daisy Love Eau de Toilette  and Marc Jacobs Fragrances Daisy Love Eau So Sweet 1.6 oz/ 50 mL  scents are nice 
Also Ariana grande cloud is really pretty and the bottle is adorable. Escada fragrances are always fun too.

@rgab I'd pick almost any of the Juicy Couture perfumes, really.  They're generally on the sweeter side so they're easy for daywear without being obnoxious and very suitable for a teen.  I've owned a couple of versions over the years and you can actually often buy little sampler sets that have a few of them in a set so that the giftee has some options/variations.
