Perfume Samples

I have recently started this “in with the new out with the old” kick where would I find samples of perfume before purchasing? $150.-$300 is quite the investment for something that is just going to sit on my dresser. Thanks!

@Kimberlynn27 If you have very specific scents in mind, try online stores that sell samples. There are many companies in the US like Luckyscent, Surrender to Chance, and so on. There are some in Canada and Europe as well.

@Kimberlynn27  If you really want to try a load of perfumes for a good price then Dillards, Macys and Ulta carry samplers that have 20? -24 samples of various perfumes. Some sets have hand cream or candles or atomizer included and a bag and/or a $15 coupon off a full size. All those vials usually add up to over an ounce of perfume so for $30-40 that's quite a bargain. If you get them from better stores some of the perfumes are pretty luxe. Also Ulta and Sephora and Macys sell mini bottles perfume sets. Ulta and Macys normally are around $40 but you have cute mini bottles with no full size redemption. Sephora is usually around $80 but with the cute minis you get a full size redemption certificate. Brand discovery sets are a better price than a full size but you have little vials which are not so pretty and it adds up quickly so I would say try department and beauty store samplers before brand samplers in addition to what others have suggested.

Often Sephora also has fragrance samples to choose with purchase although they don’t always send what you choose. It’s about 50/50 for me. And once or twice a year I think, Sephora will have a gift with purchase that is a bunch of fragrance samples - something like 7-10 samples.

@SportyGirly125 - a few months back I asked for an in-store sample since their discovery set was out of stock and was told they weren’t doing that anymore. But I could purchase their travel size! That was the salesperson’s solution.

@Kimberlynn27 @You can ask for samples in store or try in store or look at Sephora Favorites sampler sets. They have a bunch to choose from.
