No Free Samples

I recently went to Sephora in the Union Station . Usually when me and my friend go to Sephora we get free sample but this time when I bought a 55 dollar fragrance I got nothing I asked them also do I get a free sample she straight away said no. I just want to ask for my knowledge , Did they stop giving samples at stores now?. #nosamplesprovided at store after purchase.

@RaSony @CynthieLu Sephora employee here.

We can sometimes run out of samples but usually try to have some at the register or near fragrance.  

We are limited to give 2 samples to each person like how it is online at my store.  I make sure to include samples in the client's bag whether they ask or not but that is just me and every store is different.  You can also ask us to make samples for you (we can't make samples of perfumes).

I was actually inspired by seeing something you posted a while ago to ask the workers to make me up a sample of a product I wanted to try. It's really helpful advice. 🙏🩷Instead of a surprise ( thou I love those) it was sample of something I was really interested in.

I find my local stores don't have them in stock unless they are running a special promotion. @RaSony I do miss my free samples from in store purchases too.
