Need a New Perfume!!

Hi Everyone - I am in dire need of a new perfume and literally everything I have tried is just NOT doing it for me... and I have tried a lot. I used to wear Viva La Juicy and that was just okay. I used some of my Mom's perfume (Armani Code) which I really like. However, I do not have it in me to use the same perfume as my Mom. lolol I have been really liking the body mist I recently got from PHLUR (moonstone - the purple one), as well as the sprays I have gotten from Sephora of YSL's Black Opium. I just have not been able to pull the trigger and I really want to find a go-to scent. Does anyone know of anywhere where I can get samples?! I also know smelling the bottle and actually wearing it is so different too. HELP!!!

@WhitGrace13 Sephora, Ulta, Macys, Belk, JcPenney all sell samplers. I'm not sure where you shop to smell perfumes in store testers, but I am not afraid to spray that tester directly onto my skin. Some places frown upon not using tester strips, but the skin scent and the paper scent are two different things. I will add that Sephora samplers come with a certificate for free travel or full (1oz or greater) size perfume once you choose. The only thing is that if you don't like any of them you have just shelled out quite a bit of money.

@WhitGrace13 I agree with the other comments, a Sephora Favorite fragrance sampler or GWP is a great start to see what you like.

@WhitGrace13 You can go into a beauty counter like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy's and ask.  Sometimes Sephora stores have samples.
