Fresh and Clean Scent?

Hello! I just started getting into fragrances and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on fresh clean scents? Something that smells like I just got out of the shower or a nice summer breeze.

I'm sensitive to fragrance, so have tried a bajillion samples (all numbers approximate! LOL) in the past few months, trying to find a scent that is like what you describe - not so much always "freshly showered" for each scent, as much as something that smells comfortable and natural, instead of screaming "PAY ATTENTION!".

So far my favourite is CLEAN RESERVE Classic - Skin - it's a soft scent that I think is close to what you're looking for. I wear it dabbed in my cleavage to keep it subtle, because I never want others who are bothered by strong scents to be made uncomfortable by my fragrance choices.

You might want to consider getting a sampler set first, like CLEAN RESERVE Mini Clean Reserve Travel Set or one of their other trial or mini sizes. I find that fragrance reviews only go so far, because what one person loves another person may hate. So I get a lot of sampler sets, expecting that some or all of the scents will be a fail for me.

Plus, since we all have different chemistry, the scent that smells gorgeous on one person may smell awful on another. My mother used to wear White Shoulders, and it was AMAZING on her. But when I tried it, it smelled like something from a bargain basement purchase at Walmart, sad to say! So while asking for recommendations is one of the things I love about the Sephora community, and a great way to get started and narrow down your choices, ultimately you need to decide what's best for you. Get samples and trial sizes, is my recommendation. Learn what you love and what you dislike.
