Broken Perfume Bottle

I just purchased my YSL Libre travel spray a few days ago. It slipped out of the box as I opened it and the bottle shattered into tiny pieces, spilling the perfume everywhere. I am devastated becuase I haven't had the chance to try it yet, plus the little bottle is $30! Is there a chance Sephora can do an exchange if I bring the broken bottle with proof of purchase?

@KristyLee1 I don't think so.  Although it was an accident, it isn't Sephora's fault that the bottle was damaged and not really fair to ask them to be responsible for replacing it.  I am sorry, though, because I know that it feels unfair when it was brand new.
