In store, an employee highly recommended the 7 virtues fragrances. For those who have this-what scent did you get and are you very happy with the purchase? She said it can be worn daily.

@FashionistaL Did you end up finding a @The7Virtues to take home with you?  I personally love Clementine Dream layered with Vanilla Woods.  I don't find the Clementine 'air freshener' like, as you mentioned below.  It's very fresh citrus forward for me, and layering with Vanilla Woods warms it up nicely for me!

@FashionistaL @The Sol de Janeiro SOL Cheirosa '62 Eau de Parfum 1.7 oz / 50 mL Eau de Parfum Spray  is lovely as well. It always makes me think of tropical vacations!

@missjeanie I agree. The bottle also looks beautiful. I never tested the eau de parfum spray only the body mist. I suspect the mist is just a lighter version of the eau de parfum spray. That lipstick colour in your photo suits you.

@FashionistaL Thanks so much, that's very kind of you.  And yes, the perfume, at least to me, smells the same as the body spray, it's just got way more lasting power!

@FashionistaL, I have a few fragrances from 7 Virtues, some I purchased, others I've received as a sample gift with purchase or in connection with an event (Sephoria). I've enjoyed most of the scents, with my favorites being:

The 7 Virtues Clementine Dream Eau de Parfum with Vanilla Travel Spray .34 oz / 10 mL eau de parfum spray 

The 7 Virtues Candied Lychee Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 0.34 oz / 10ml eau de parfum spray  - this and Clementine Dream also smell incredible layered together, something I learned from another member of this Community.

The 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 0.34 oz / 10 mL 

The 7 Virtues Coconut Sun Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 0.34 oz / 10 ml eau de parfum spray 

Each of these fragrances have different scent profiles which does support the recommendation given to you by the Sephora employee. I find the names of the scents to be very on point to how they smell - clementine vanilla has a bright, orange and creamy vanilla smell. Candied lychee smells like sweetened, sugary lychee fruit, and so on.

Fragrance is such a personal thing and body chemistry plays a significant role in how the notes come across or smell on you, to you, as does the weather / climate. One thing I might recommend, in addition to your asking folks for their personal preferences, is to consider picking up The 7 Virtues Peace Perfume Sampler Discovery Set - this contains several fragrances from the brand and would give you a chance to try the various scents - on their own as well as layered in any number of combinations. 

Was there any specific 7 Virtue perfume(s) you were interested in? Or, is there a particular type of fragrance (e.g., citrus? floral? gourmand?) that you like or are more drawn towards?

@itsfi @Thanks for all that info! It’s helpful! Last time I tested the scents, I liked the Clementine the best. I just want to make sure that I don’t smell like an air freshener!

7 Virtues Clementine smells sooooo good @FashionistaL! Happy to help. @danielledanielle recommended some scents from the line that I've had my eye on and I love her write ups on them - my list of fragrances to try next just got longer! 😂  lol, you won't smell like an air freshener  at all with Clementine, but then again, if an air freshener smelled like Clementine, how great would that be?!!

@FashionistaL , 7 virtues is a great one.  Ask these scents layer well with each other too.  Like I'll wear vanilla woods with cherry ambition.

My fave is The 7 Virtues Lotus Pear Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 0.33 oz / 11 mL .  She's fun.  She's juicy.  It's my favorite pear scent.

The 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 0.34 oz / 10 mL was their hero product for a minute.  I have it as gratis, it's a nice light, powdery scent.  

The 7 Virtues Cherry Ambition Eau de Parfum with Marshmallow 1.7 oz / 50 ml eau de parfum spray .  I kinda gravitate to this scent in the winter, it just feels very sensual and moody.  It's not syrupy, but a little boozy and sweet.

The 7 Virtues Santal Vanille Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 0.33 oz / 11 mL is also good, I like it a lot, didn't know why I never purchased it... Might be similar to NEST New York Vanilla Bourbon Eau de Parfum 1.7 oz eau de parfum spray , but I forget.  They both are good, very gourmand.
